Making Fried Bananas are so easy. All you need is a deep pot or a deep fryer, cooking oil, 1 cup of pancake mix and 6 firm bananas. I used the same pancake recipe I used for my Chocolate chip pancakes.
In the deep pot or deep fryer, preheat oil to 350 degrees. Cut bananas lengthwise. Dip bananas into pancake batter. Fry bananas, Turn bananas once after 2 minutes and continue to fry for 3 more minute until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Top with some powdered sugar or serve with some ice cream. Eat And Feed your soul!
