Beef Chuck Tenders In Gravy

This my recipe for Beef Chuck Tenders In Gravy. This is so mouth watering good and yet so easy    to make. Give it a try you'll love it.

8 4 oz Beef chuck tenders
1 Cup beef broth
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
Soul seasoning
Salt and pepper
olive oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a large frying pan over a medium high flame and add some olive oil and one Tbsp of butter. Season tenders with soul seasoning and pepper.  Sear for 5 minutes on both sides.  Remove Tenders from frying pan and drain oil. Place Tenders in oven safe dish, and bake in oven for 15 minutes.  Meanwhile, using the same frying pan,  add 2 Tbsp butter, 2 Tbsp flour, and stir until it turns light brown, and add 1cup broth and continue to stir until it coats the back of the spoon.  Season gravy with salt and pepper to taste.  Add in the tenders, and simmer on medium low for about 15 to 20 minutes.  Serve over hot rice.
