Sausage, Peppers and onions sub

                            Give my sausage and pepper sub a try
8 Italian sausage
1 Large green bell pepper
1 Large red bell pepper
1 tbsp of minced Garlic
1 Large Onion
1/2 cup chopped Italian Presley
1 jar of pasta sauce 
 Italian hoagie rolls
 salt and pepper
Place the sausage in a large non-stick frying pan over medium low heat.  Cook about 5 to 6 minutes on each side remove from pan set aside.  Slice the Onion, Green and red pepper and place in pan, cook for 5 minutes.  Add garlic and Presley and pasta sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add cooked sausage and simmer on a low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, remove from heat, and serve on a hoagie roll.

This can also be placed on top of your favorite pasta.
