Two Cheese Grilled prosciutto and tomatoe Sandwich

                   This is my take on a grilled Cheese Sandwich. I don't really know if  I would call this a recipe, but I would like to share it anyway.  




Ingredients:
2 slices of wheat bread
2 slices of Prosciutto
2 slices of Tomatoes
1 slice of Provolone Cheese
1 slice of American Cheese
2 tbsp butter


Directions:
Heat frying pan or griddle on medium and add 1tbsp butter. Place the prosciutto in the pan, and cook it for about 1 minute per side.  Set it to the side. Take one slice of wheat bread, and lay the slice of Provolone, then lay down the prosciutto, Tomatoes and top that with the American cheese and other slice of bread. Add the the other tbsp of butter to the frying pan or griddle and place the sandwich in pan for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve.
